Key Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Assist in the procurement and overall management of school-specific/general equipment, office supplies, and office furniture;

2. Fixed asset management, procurement, acceptance, maintenance, and upkeep of consumables, as well as fixed asset accounting and acceptance management;

3. Assist in formulating and configuring various work rules and regulations, and managing customs goods import and export business;

4. Coordination of public affairs and comprehensive affairs management;

5. Other tasks assigned by superiors.

Qualifications and Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or above, with a background in science or engineering preferred;

2. At least 5 years’ working experience, integrity and a clean work record;

3. Extensive experience in procurement project management and strong service awareness;

4. Excellent execution, communication (both Chinese and English), and coordination skills;

5. Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Chinese and English, with proven problem-solving abilities;

6. High resilience to work pressure.

Salary and Benefits

Salary will be competitive, commensurate with qualifications and experience. Appointments will be made under the establishment of CUHK-SZ and statutory benefits will be provided according to the prevailing labor laws applicable in the PRC. The appointee will be based at the University campus in Shenzhen, PRC.
